A note to both our repeat buyers and to our new buyers - we have had several cases of manufacturers reporting our listings and the listings of hundreds of other sellers, saying we are copying/downloading their pictures. As such, we are starting to take more pictures in a "quick, phone camera, no studio style?, simply for manufacturers to realize we are not "stealing" their digital property. If the listing is reported, we are not permitted to relist the item, even if we can prove that the images are our own. This has since costs of thousands of dollars of losses since eBay is our primary source of sales. All this means for you is many of our newer photos will not look as professional, intentionally. We are truly sorry about having to do this as the clarity and quality of our pictures will suffer but until a solution arises where this activity is corrected for sellers, we do not have another remedy. We have already tried to add watermarks, lighting adjustments, multiple angles, etc., but nothing has fully resolved the issue. We feel in some or many cases, the manufacturers are trying to remove all competition since they can very clearly see we are not taking their photos, but again, we cannot yet prove this. To the manufacturers who wish to remove all competition by looking for your products listed on the secondary markets and reporting them without any questions or even reading through our and others? listings. Before you report to eBay that the product we have listed is using your company?s images and/or that we are listing a counterfeit/non-genuine item, we will offer a little background about our eBay account, our company, and the images, to prove we will not download a company?s images or intentionally list a counterfeit item. While it is only a few manufacturers that have done this, we are taking a proactive step to help stop our listings from being removed.

• Our eBay account was created in 2001 (which you could easily verify by looking at our storefront), so 25 years ago as of this year.
• Our company is a legal, active corporation formed in Florida with our EIN on file with eBay and not someone who just opened a personal account a few months prior. We obtain and purchase items from numerous channels such as returns, overstock, and undeliverable items to name a few. Most items will have a quantity of less than 5 as there are only a few products which we can find repeatedly (again, you can easily see how many items were sold). If we are selling "counterfeit" items, wouldn't it make more sense to acquire hundreds of the same product from an unethical Chinese manufacturer instead of just a few items? You could also see in every image that they are not perfect items as most are stored in containers and boxes before we get them. 
• Lastly, we take pride in the quality of the images we take for the items and have always wished for them to look as professional as possible. We use a Canon DSLR camera, a large lightbox, and controlled surround LED lighting. We know that the images alone have caused some manufacturers to report the items we list as fake, yet will not take the time to go through them as see that many of the shots are less than perfect and are nowhere on their website. As such, we are starting to take more pictures in a "quick, phone camera, no studio style?, simply for you to realize we are not "stealing" your digital property.

About Us

We are a small company located near Clearwater and Tampa Florida specializing in overstock, store returns, business liquidations, and some unique and hard to find items. All items that are able to be tested are thoroughly tested where applicable and available. Items that are new are typically in closed packages and will not be opened. All items are assumed functional unless otherwise noted. We purchase items from several different channels and resell them. These may be overstock, customer returns, store returns, liquidations, undeliverable items, etc. Unless noted, we are not a dealer, distributor or Authorized Reseller of the item(s). As such, manufacturer's warranty may not apply to all new items. 

To prevent fraud, some items are inconspicuously marked with identifying markings. If an item is returned and found to have any parts swapped, changed, removed or any other way altered or different, we will immediately notify eBay of potential fraudulent activity as well as file a report with the local police department. Please keep this in mind if you have any intention of attempting to defraud our company.
