Warranties

Sandbros England has a 1 year of warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, Any product which proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Sandbros England guarantees against breakage, joint failure, and corrosion under normal use.

Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and use of the instrumentation beyond their limitations. It also excludes the improper usage of an instrument in a way that the particular instrument was designed and intended to be used. Moreover, instruments damaged in an abusive or accidental manner are also excluded by this warranty.

Delivery / Shipping:

Sandbros offers free delivery for every order all over in UK. We also offer very nominal price to the rest of Europe and other origins for low-cost post and packing is calculated based on your overall order this ensures you get our absolute best pricing on all our products. Orders placed before 4:00 pm will usually ship on the same day. Items are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier service.

Delivery times.

      ·        United Kingdom: We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order.

Returns Policy:

•          All items within the Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product.
•       Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing.
•       For all returned packages, a full refund will be credited within 1 business day if the package is in original packing.
•       For all returned packages with no quality problems, We will deduct the original shipping freight from the full refund.
•       For all packages outside of the 30-day return policy, only a partial refund will be credited.
