This auction is for a BEAUTIFUL vintage platinum sapphire & diamond ring that would make a FABULOUS engagement ring. It is a size 6.5. It is in very good overall condition, but could use a good professional cleaning. I used to wear this one quite a bit. It appears to be a tiny bit misshapen, however, it may have just conformed to my own finger as I don't recall it being off. See photos laying on it's side. You may have to zoom in. It still fits nicely so it needs to be worn by someone. I've had it since the early 80's I believe. I don't recall if it was a new or vintage back when I got it. I was a jewelry hound back in those days. I've sold most of my jewelry. I haven't worn it in years. So it's time to be enjoyed by someone! It's a very simple elegant design. It is marked PT 950(which is platinum) and something I'm still trying to make out which is possibly a maker mark. ADL??? With some additional hallmarks as well.
