Moderately Played (MP / Very Good): Noticeable wear. Moderate-to-heavy whitening, scratching, indentations, discoloration, and may include light creasing or minor paper loss.

Heavily Played (HP / Poor): Heavy wear or damage. Major whitening/chipping, deep creases, tears, staining, pinholes, missing corner/edge damage, and/or significant surface paper loss.
