This is a genuine Fiat 500 that was imported from Palermo Sicily in April 2019.
I purchased the car in August 2019, and undertook a mild restoration primarily to the interior.
The interior is original including the 'plaster' on the drivers seat - if you come to view the car I have a story for you that you will find fascinating, as to how it got there!
The original fabric roof was in tatters so I have fitted a fiery red roof that matches the red on the tyres.
It's very solid underneath and has had a number of mechanical enhancements.
Recently, the car has had a full service including:
Oil
Oil catch cleaned.
o/s &n/s stub axle steering knuckle replaced
Engine mounting and spring replaced
Original horn refitted
New battery
New spark plug
Weber carburettor ultrasonically cleaned
In September 2021 the car featured in an article published in CAR magazine.
