This is a hand-built, ultra-high quality, old-school guitar preamp, most notably used by Alex Lifeson from Rush.  2 preamp stages, 2 frequency boosts, 3-band switchable EQ.  Balanced and unbalanced out, footswitch jack, inline 1/4 amp fuse.   The video posted is of the Bass Guitarist Model 101B, but I believe it is the same unit with different EQ center frequencies.  It will ship professionally packed same or next business day.
