Jose Romero 1994 Flamenco Guitar

Description

A rare, pre-owned guitar made in 1994 by a master craftsman in Madrid, Spain, featuring a back made of rosewood and cypress joined in a V-shape!

Jose Romero
Born in 1954 in Baeza, Jaén Province, Spain,
he began his career as a luthier in 1968 at the age of 14, apprenticing at the Ramirez workshop.
His talent was recognized, and he was appointed a full-fledged craftsman at the age of 19. After working at the Ramirez workshop for eight years,
he opened his own workshop in Madrid in 1983.

While strictly adhering to traditional Spanish craftsmanship techniques, he continues to produce classical and flamenco guitars,
transforming the characteristics of Ramirez guitars in his own unique way and incorporating his own ideas into the sound.

The rare V-shaped back made of rosewood and cypress makes a striking visual impact!

The combination of black and white produces a hard, resonant sound with rich volume.

This guitar has been completely repainted and the golpe (golpe) plate has been replaced. While there are some minor scratches, it is in excellent overall condition.
