Gibson ES-335 Dot Reissue Vintage Sunburst 4.04kg 1996 Electric Guitar

Description

This is a used 1996 Gibson ES-335 Dot Reissue Vintage Sunburst, a representative Gibson model born in 1958 as the world's first semi-acoustic guitar.

Finished in the classic "Vintage Sunburst" color, it features a laminated maple body with a center block that reveals its grain depending on the viewing angle, a rosewood fingerboard, and a mahogany neck. It's equipped with "57 Classic" pickups in both the neck and bridge positions, which are well-suited to hollow-body guitars, and has the standard 3-way toggle switch and 2 Volume/2 Tone controls.

The truss rod nut has been replaced with a brass "Montreux Inch Gibson Style" nut. While there are signs of use, scratches/dents/tarnishing of parts, and a crack on the side of the nut, there is no damage that significantly detracts from its appearance.

The neck is almost perfectly straight, and the truss rod functions without any problems. The frets are generally about 60% intact, with no noticeable buzzing or dead spots, resulting in excellent playability.

Recommended for those looking for a versatile 90s ES-335, offering a sweet, fat clean sound and resistance to feedback even when distorted.
