Team Signed (Likely was a game used ball - but I have no way to verify that) 

I was able to make out a few names which narrows down the year to 1946 - 1949. This could be a team signed ball from their 1949 Raisin Bowl year. Some names which are visible: Coach Bob Davis, Jack Hamilton, Don Hoch, Dale Dodrill. 

The ball does pump up, which makes viewing the names easier, but it only holds air for a few minutes. The laces are broken in many places. The names are very faded.
