These transformers are designed to provide reliable 3.5V power for compatible Welch Allyn otoscope and ophthalmoscope heads (not included) and are commonly used in exam rooms, clinics, and other medical environments.

  • Testing:
    • Both units have been tested to power on.
    • Indicator lights illuminate and units appear to function as expected as power supplies.
    • No further testing was performed with actual diagnostic heads.

    • No major cracks or obvious physical damage noted.

Issues?
