Face ID is not working - Unlocked and compatible with all service providers -  This device is in Use condition showing normal sign of usage, scratches/wear on the screen and body  

(Unable to determine if the display is genuine message)

This message can be caused by 2 different factors.

- Display was replaced with aftermarket one.

- Display was replaced with original part but by 3rd party (not Apple store)
