Original Hungarian imperforate stamps issued in 1972 for the First World Wine Competition held in Budapest.
The set features two famous Hungarian wine regions. One stamp depicts Tokaj with a Tokaji Aszú wine bottle and vineyard landscape, while the second stamp shows Eger with a wine bottle and the historic town panorama. Both designs highlight Hungary’s long tradition of viticulture and internationally renowned wine production.
