Vintage U.S. military M1 helmet liner from the Vietnam War era.

This is the fiberglass high-pressure laminate (HPL) liner used with the standard M1 steel helmet. The liner still retains its original OD green web suspension system with metal triangular clips and adjustable straps.

Interior shows handwritten markings which may be a previous service member identification.

Condition:

• Suspension webbing mostly intact

• Some fraying on one strap

• Typical wear and storage marks from age and service

• No major cracks in liner shell
