90's Custom Shop Warlock. Phase shift switch/volume/tone knobs. Really cool setup. She does have a peice of wood missing from the headstock. At some point someone lost the original tremolo cover on the back. So they screwed a jackson style tremolo cover on her. So she has the screw holes from that along with the original B.C. tremolo cover screws holes. Both were like that when I purchased her. Other then that she is in excellent condition. Groover tuners, Dimarzio pickup. B.C. Rich factory tremolo.
