Condition: This is vintage fabric obtained from an estate sale. It had been stored in a basement, and while in very good physical condition, the fabric had a smell of basement and possibly mothballs.  I laundered the fabric which seems to have addressed most of the smells, but if you have a sensitive sense of smell there may be residual odors.
