If the letter does not arrive for any reason I will not be able to offer a refund so it is better to select Canada Post Standard Parcel (no tracking) and I should be able to upgrade you to Expedited Parcel with tracking.

International customers can select Canada Post Standard Parcel (no tracking) and I should be able to upgrade you to Expedited Parcel with tracking.
