Please make sure you have a working control unit installed in the vehicle prior to ordering this remote control. Programming instructions are included with the package and will require accessing your valet/programming switch. Video instructions will be available on our YouTube page under remote controls.

The Valet/Programming Switch is either the push-button that is on the windshield mounted antenna or is a black push-button hidden under your dashboard that the technician should have showed you when the system was installed. If you can't find it, you will have to look under the drivers side dash for the system brain. On the side of the brain is a blue 2 pin port that has a thin gauge grey wire and a black with a grey stripe. Follow those wires to you end into the pushbutton. Programming Your Remote Control - OLD SYTEMS - No windshield mounted antenna with blue LED and programming switch incorporated on it

Note: Make sure the system is disarmed, and the LED is off a minimum of 60-seconds prior to beginning the remote pairing process.

Preparing the system that HAS remote start

1. Open drivers door
2. Turn the ignition ON.
3. Within 10-seconds, press and release the valet and programming button once, then press and hold it. The status LED begins flashing and the siren/horn (if connected) sounds to confirm the system is ready for pairing. DO NOT LET GO OF THE SWITCH
4. Press the "LOCK" button of the transmitter. The vehicles horn/siren will honk if connected. You have now successfully learned the remote to the vehicles remote start system.
5. Turn the ignition OFF and WAIT approximately 60 seconds.

Preparing the system that DOES NOT have remote start

1. Open drivers door
2. Turn the ignition ON.
3. Within 10-seconds, press and release the valet and programming button seven times, then press and hold the button (on the 8 press you are holding it depressed). The status LED begins flashing and the siren/horn (if connected) sounds to confirm the system is ready for pairing. DO NOT LET GO OF THE SWITCH
4. Press the "LOCK" button of the transmitter. The vehicles horn/siren will honk if connected. You have now successfully learned the remote to the vehicles remote start system.
5. Turn the ignition OFF and WAIT approximately 60 seconds.

Programming Your Remote Control - NEWER SYTEMS - With windshield mounted control center that incorporates the blue LED and programming switch

Note: Make sure the system is disarmed, and the LED is off a minimum of 60-seconds prior to beginning the remote pairing process.

Preparing the system that HAS remote start

General Shipping Policies

We currently ship to over 180 Countries Worldwide!

We ship directly to buyers. We will ship only to a customer's own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent. Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package. In order to ship your package we will need to provide the carrier with a working phone number. please send us an updated phone number with your address. We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days. This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.

The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse or add special instructions notes for the carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address if it is required. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us if you have questions.

If a package has been delayed by customs please contact your local authorities for further information. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

Returns

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us through eBay. We solve all issues!

Before returning an item you must contact us through eBay to obtain a return approval (RMA number) or call us during business hours 10am - 4pm (EST) M-F. If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you. New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement (it is your choice).

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original unopened boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included and in the original condition. Do not make any marking on the manufacturer box, and do not use it as a shipping box - put the items in an additional carton for shipping.

Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.

Restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning new items that meet the above policies. Any item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.
