Aveita Ltd provides a 3-month warranty as standard on all parts.

We are happy to extend this to a 12-month warranty for non-mechanical and non-electrical parts.

Our sales assistance teams are happy to check that parts are correct to the model of your vehicle where possible. If checks are not made before purchase, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the correct part is bought.

In the event of Aveita Ltd correctly supplying a part where the customer has ordered in error, delivery and return costs will be covered by the customer and a discretionary re-stock fee may be charged.

If you find you have ordered in error, please contact us immediately so we are able to note your expected return and to allow us to do our utmost to assist in supplying the required part.

All returns must reach us in the exact condition as supplied including any visible ID marks.

Any alterations to a part will void this warranty. Please ensure the part is correct before any cuts, modifications, paintwork, alterations, and final installation.

Incorrect fitting, tampering, commercial use, or misuse of a part will deem this warranty invalid.

Items must be inspected by the customer on arrival with any issues being noted to us within 48 hours where will be respond and aim to rectify as soon as possible.

Aveita Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage, labour, towing charges, travel expenses, or consequential losses caused by the fitting of parts supplied by us.

Should Aveita Ltd supply a part found to be faulty, the returned item will be tested, and a replacement will be supplied where possible.

If we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable time scale, a full issue will be issued.

The customer must contact Aveita Ltd within 48 hours of discovering the fault, allowing us to arrange your return/collection.

All ENGINES and GEARBOXES come 3-month warranty (as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing). Engines will be supplied bare unless stated otherwise. Engines and Gearboxes must be fitted by competent mechanics and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and any further recommendations that are provided with the part. For an engine or gearbox to have a valid warranty claim with us, the trading mechanic used for fitting the part will be required to provide engineers' reports and receipts.

The Warranty period is shown on your receipt and on the listing. The receipt forms part of your warranty and is therefore required for any claims.

Where new parts have been supplied, the benefits of the manufacturer’s warranty apply along with their conditions of sale. Aveita Ltd only acts as an agent for these goods.

If you do experience any problems, we advise you to call us for advice. The telephone number is shown on your receipt.

The Warranty does not cover failure caused by overheating, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration, incorrect or non-recommended application and damage caused by incorrect specification or levels of oils and fluids, coolants and anti-freeze etc.

Aveita Ltd uses tamper proof devices and marking. In addition, a heat sensitive strip will be used on engines and cylinder heads. These strips record temperatures. If sensor indicates in excess of 104c warranty is void. If the strip is damaged or missing warranty is void

We reserve the right to examine engines/gearboxes/axles for any alleged fault whilst the unit is still fitted to the vehicle.

If a Warranty claim is found to be valid, we reserve the right to either repair or replace the unit or refund the purchase price only on return of the unit to ourselves. We accept no liability for any labour costs incurred.

Any merchandise or invoice marked “as is”/”as seen” will void this certificate of limited warranty. This means No Warranty - No Refund.

It is the responsibility of the customer or installation mechanic to ensure that all joints, seals, hoses and plugs fit/join, and are securely fastened. That the cooling system is functioning without leaks and blockages, and that a new oil filter and oil are installed.

This Warranty only covers the main item(s) as described on the invoice i.e. When left attached to for example an engine, this warranty does not cover for water pump, fuel pump, manifolds, clutch, cam belt, timing chain/ tensioner, rear main oil seals, driveshaft transmission seals, etc.

In the event of Aveita Ltd correctly supplying a part where the customer has ordered in error, delivery and return costs will be covered by the customer and a discretionary re-stock fee may be charged *10.

Transmissions are warranted to be in good working order against slippage, shifting failures or excessive noise.

Back axles are guaranteed to work properly, bearings are guaranteed free from excessive noise at time of purchase. Where left attached, brakes, suspension bushes are not covered as per *10.

All engines are warranted against engine block, crankshaft, big end main bearings, pistons, cylinder head and camshaft failure and to be in running order unless otherwise stated.

Cylinder heads are guaranteed against cracks. Unless otherwise stated.

All warranty work must be done by a certified workshop and or permission to do work must be given by an authorised agent of Aveita Ltd.

This Warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage if parts are used in connection with racing purposes or vehicles with racing equipment or damage by accident or misuse.

It is an understanding of both parties, that the parts supplied are to be used for normal road use. If the parts are fitted to e.g., taxis, hire vehicles, prototypes, competition vehicles, etc. Aveita Ltd should be notified at point of sale as this may invalidate or impair the terms of this warranty.

All warranty claims must be represented to an authorised agent or manager of Aveita Ltd within the stipulated period from date of purchase of this warranty to be valid.

All implied warranties are limited to the terms of the limited warranty, consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Aveita Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage to the said part or any motor vehicle to which it is fitted, or impaired performance caused by faulty or inefficient installation or subsequent damage caused by lack of maintenance or for any loss of use of a motor vehicle whilst a part is being returned for exchange.

Title to the goods shall remain with Aveita Ltd until the full purchase price thereof has been paid and all monies duly cleared.

Aveita Ltd does not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay-up time, telephone, loss due to downtime, cost and lodging, cost of vehicle use, inconvenience, car or truck rental, postage, carriage, etc.

These terms of business are not intended to restrict or exclude any legal rights bestowed or implied by law or a customer’s statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Unfair Contract Act 1977, or any amendment thereof.

DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable and valid 28 days only.

ECU, Electrical parts: Should the unit be deemed faulty, we reserve the right to replace the unit or offer a refund in full if a replacement be unavailable. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement costs such as coding issues or such like. This also applies to storage and reprogramming costs occurred by any customer, or any other external costs occurred. This does not affect your statutory rights

DELIVERY FOR PANELS WILL BE BY PALLET, THIS WILL BE SENT ON A 2-3 DAY SERVICE.

ANY DELIVERIES ABOVE THE NORTHERN BELT AND ANY BRITISH ISLANDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY PRICE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOUR POSTCODE BEFORE PURCHASE FOR AN ACCURATE DELIVERY QUOTE.

If you require delivery outside the UK mainland please ask for a shipping quote. We can delivery almost any part to any country. We export parts daily and can handle all aspects of freight.

We welcome customers to collect from our dismantling facility in the North East of England and we can deliver parts locally on the same day.

Our standard eBay postage cut off is 12 noon. If you need the parts urgently please call us and we will do our best to get it out the same day for you.
