Potted Rose

Potted Roses supplied November to June (Delivery Monday to Friday) These are dormant/semi dormant plants either with bare stems, semi-dormant or in leaf, with NO flowers/buds but will flower as normal by summer. Potted roses may be recently potted, place pot outside, keep compost moist & re-plant late spring or early summer only once fully rooted.

Potted Roses supplied July to October (Delivery Tuesday to Friday) These will be in leaf, and when available with buds &/or flowers. Plants are occasionally dispatched in a dead headed/pruned state to re-flower later in the season/following year. 

Planted into a black plastic 5.5 lt pot in a specially formulated rose compost containing a slow-release feed to see it through its first season, suitable for planting in a semi sunny or full sun position in a garden border or large container.  Each rose is individually labelled with long lasting picture label, Variety Name and Description, where available an additional larger swing tag picture label will also be added to Roses with a gift name.

Each potted rose is packed into a specially designed box which prevents the plant from being damaged and delivered on a next working day service. Please note between June and October potted roses are not delivered on a Monday to prevent them from being held/stressed in the couriers’ warehouse over the weekend without light and water.

Rose orders are currently being dispatched within 1 - 2 working days from when ordered, please note, due to very high courier surcharges we are only able to dispatch our potted roses to UK mainland excluding Highlands Islands.

Superficial Damage
Potted Roses often have tender stems, leaves, shoots, buds and flowers. It is not an unusual occurrence, especially as the season progresses and plants get larger, for minor damage to occur in the final stage of packing when the box is sealed or in transit including stems, leaves, flowers, petals and buds becoming detached from the Rose plant. This minor damage is entirely superficial and does not affect the overall quality of the plant supplied, the rose will quickly recover from any such minor damage and we WILL NOT replace or refund plants if superficial damage occurs as the plant will recover. You may be asked also to undertake some remedial pruning back damaged areas to rectify the problem.
