China Chinese possibly from the Jepara Wreck Song Dynasty Export ware Celadon Pottery bowl probably made in Fujian Province originally and ended up in the North Java sea off Indonesia c. 12th c. The bowl measures 2 x 6 inches with sea water degradation to surface as expected. The attribution to the wreck is based on very similar items in the collection (from which these were acquired) that did have provenance from the Jepara wreck (guilty of association in a good way).
