Burnham 106191-01 Sage 2.X Control Module PLEASE REVIEW

I a pallet of returned items to a plumbing warehouse. A lot of the items were new and sealed in the package. Some boxes were open Some items were loose. Most items were in the box with reason for return on them. Just being honest this one has a note written on the box saying “ doesn’t turn boiler circulator on”. I honestly don’t know what the deal is. In my opinion, this does not look like it’s ever been installed in anyway. I don’t see any tool marks anything. I’m selling this item as is for this reason.
