SoloSider Pro is made using Nylon-6 30% glass filled. It will
not break if you drop it from any height. It has a metal spine built in. The clamp is 410 stainless steel that is
heat treated ,and has gripping teeth to prevent the Pro from slipping. We use super oilite b ronze bushings and hardened and ground pins on the pivot points for the
clamp. The top flipper is also 410 ss ht treated. It should last a lifetime. It has a repair or replace guarantee of
2 years.
"This tool will allow clamping tension to be adjusted lightly or very heavy without allowing the tool to
pull away from the wall.
This new tool will easily handle 5/16 to 3/4" lap siding board and anything between.
Will allow a reveal of 3-3/4" to 10 3/4" recommended max in 1/6" increments. By removing all of the spacers
you can have a 3" reveal.
The tension on the clamp is fully adjustable.
We do not recommend using over a 8" reveal but will sell you enough extra spacers to go as
high as you wish. When you close the clamp it will lightly lock in the forward position and the tension is
controlled by the tension screw not the position of the clamp.
