Sony WM-DD9 Walkman Very RARE Cassette Player in good condition.

The WM-DD9 is considered by many the finest Walkman Sony ever made. It was certainly their top of the range model when released in 1990 and sported only the finest components.
They include soft-touch buttons, gold plated headphone socket, two independent disk drive motors (meaning no belts). It also has amorphous head, push-button reverse, Dolby B+C and much more. The care and quality that went into this machine is obvious once you start using it and naturally the sound produced is lovely and clear.
The metal case is in very good condition but for 4 very small dings and a scratch on the battery compartment door (Please see pictures for specific examples). These machines are very highly regarded by collectors and will only continue to rise in value.
This WM-DD9 is offered in good working condition with 2 known issues. 1) The Head needs to be adjusted so it fits when the cassette is loaded. 2) The Speed fluctuates a bit so that will need to be addressed by someone familiar with servicing a WM-DD9 unit. PLEASE SEE VIDEO before buying so your aware of these issues.
