This is missing two of the gray clips for the walls, one gray axe, three shoes, three bombs, three healing potions, and one treasure chest. One of the connecting tabs on the large plastic piece is snapped off and one of the walls is cracked in a weak spot but it’s still barely intact as shown. Not pictured is the red 1d10 and the black tabs because when I took the photos I didn’t realize those were original to the game, they are back in the box. Everything else is here and in beautiful condition as shown. No evidence of smoke or mildew at all and the box is in great shape. See photos.
