Our 28 Jet Duckbill Cast Iron Burner is great for commercial Chinese wok burners or any other applications requiring a high heat.  These commercial burners are very durable and have been carefully crafted and  beautifully casted. Each brass jet gives a beautiful blue flame, specially designed to reduce yellow tipping to minimise any 'sooting' (carbon build up) on your pots and pans. These burners are designed to work on a low pressure regulator only..

The use of a high pressure regulator on a low pressure burner will result in incomplete combustion and increased risk of fire/ gas leakage.
