Umbrella Rig. Brand New Rock Fish Candy brand Heavy Duty.

  It has 6 Arms that are 10" long with a 4 ounce center weight. 

There is a large red open mouth blue eyed parachute jig head leading the 10 inch white shad. It is fitted with a large hook as center teaser to get down to where the cows are.

The 6 six outer white shad are 6 inch long.
  These rigs are what Cuttyhunk Island Guides use to get 60+ pound Stripers to attack.

In the Chesapeake they are called Rock Fish Candy hence the name. 

  Not sure why they call Striped Bass Rock Fish in that area so I guess we should google it...
