designix-us ships free for the most part to the 47 contiguous US States via Standard Shipping. Excluded are Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Washington State and PO Boxes. Additionally, some regions of United States are excluded from shipping due to inherent high risk of damages to bulky and fragile merchandize. We prefer selling these items locally to avoid loses and bad customer experience.

 

Returns

REFURBISHED ELETRONICS GRADING CATEGORIES

 

New: Shows That the Item is in New Condition, in original packaging

New (Other See Details): Shows that the Item is either in New Condition, but opened and not in original box or a New Item that was previously returned but unused or Part that was pulled from a New Computer (Laptop / Notebook, Desktop)

Refurbished: Used Item that undergoes some parts/component replacement if needed, cleaned and tested to standard performance, has minimum of 80% battery health status, minimal, minor and moderate cosmetic wear and tear

Used Grade A: This grading shows that the Item is In “Good Condition” for its Age and will show very minor signs of wear, but NOT refurbished

Used Grade B: This grading show that the item is in Regular /Normal Condition for its Age and will show moderate to heavy signs of Wear and Tear, paint peeling, no dents or cracks

Used Grade C: This grading show that the Item is in Fair Condition for its Age and will show heavy signs of Wear and Tear and paint peeling, cracks and/ or dents
