Up for sale is a vintage 1950s anthropomorphic donkey salt and pepper set.

This three-piece set includes:

• Figural donkey centerpiece

• Two matching saddlebag-style salt and pepper shakers

• Original cork stoppers

Condition:

The small connector tabs on either side of the donkey that would have secured the shakers have broken off. The pieces remain fully functional as individual shakers and a display figure, but they no longer attach to the donkey. There is also age-related paint wear, including paint loss inside the ears (see photos). No major cracks observed. Priced accordingly.
