Jarra was born in 1852 and lived a long time, because he died before World War II in 1938. Initially, he worked in the famous factory of metal products Norblin in Warsaw, where deputed him to Krakow with M. Jakubowski for the foundation branch of the Warsaw factory around 1890. Jarra organized their plant bought and acted independently performing household silverware, dishes church and Judaica.
