Case included

Soak the mouthguard in hot water (70-80 degrees)

Remove mouth guard from water and allow to cool for a few seconds

While mouth guard is still hot (but not too hot) insert mouth guard onto bottom row of teeth. 

Bite down firmly (be careful not to bite through the mouth guard) for 10 seconds

Once the mouth guard has cooled down fully it will be ready to use and should then be a custom fit for your teeth
