POSTAGE - PLEASE READ: 

1. Please make sure your eBay account has the correct delivery address and an Australian mobile number or email address, so Australia Post can contact you directly if there’s an issue wth delivery.
2. From May 2026, small sellers like me can sell on eBay for free, but we have to buy all postage labels from eBay, not the post office.  Therefore, we cannot make changes to the address.
3. I can only send to your registered eBay address. If you want it sent to another address, you need to change it in your ebay account first.
4. After I’ve purchased the postage label from eBay, your item will be sent via Australia Post in a satchel with tracking and insurance, unless otherwise explained in the listing.
5. If you buy more than one item I’ll combine postage.
6. If you pay for multiple items, I’ll combine postage and refund you the difference. 
7. If when I buy postage it’s clear you paid too much, I’ll either refund the difference or send your item Express.   
8. Most listings offer regular post and express post options for you to choose at the checkout.
9. I’m in Tasmania so postage may take longer, and there are no overnight delivery options to the mainland, even with express post.  If you’re not sure, ask me and I’ll check delivery times and suggest the best option.
10. If you paid over $100 for your item, I’ll purchase extra postal insurance at my expense to cover the full purchase price you paid, in the event that Australia Post lose or damage your item.
