You will receive 5 USGI IFAK pouches, no inserts. The pouches you receive may be more or less clean than what is shown. May have some writing on 1-2 of the pouches as shown. All pouches will be 100% functional as is. No broken buckles, holes, damaged snaps, missing grommets, etc.
