The book

studios, was published by the Art Gallery of New South Wales in
2007.
A pictorial history of the artist’s studios throughout his
life. It features photographs never published before.

The studios range from his childhood home conversion of the greenhouse
in Longueville, Sydney; the Chelsea Hotel, New York; the Lavender Bay
home; and his last residence and workplace in Surry Hills where he lived
from 1987-1992, which is now the Brett Whiteley Studio Museum.
I apologise for the photo of the RED page, I just could not capture the facsimile signature with out the glare, you can't see this just looking at the page, you have to move it around in the light and it appears.
