No display or fans. The warranty seal was in tact but I broke it and opened the card to make sure the vram and core were there.

It was brought to my attention that the core doesn't look right for the board. I dont know enough about this to verify but please be aware of this.  It may be a 3080 core

Sold for parts or repair.
