We have graded this toughbookS as Grade C. Grade C is fully functional and work perfectly as expected but will have a one or a combination of the following cosmetic conditions:
Might have one or multiple pressure marks on screen but do not affect performance
Might have one or multiple minor scratches on screen & touchscreens are 100% working and comes with Stylus pens.
Casing might have some scratches or minor damage / dings
Casing might have one or more port covers missing
Screen might be brighter along the far edges especially when in black backgrounds which is common with these D1s but do not affect performance
Chargers are NOT included but can be supplied for £20 extra if ordered same time with the Toughbook otherwise we DO NOT sell chargers separately.

CHARGERS
If you use or buy separate charger from elsewhere, please ensure it is has the correct power rating or from another Panasonic. The correct Power rating is 15-16V/ 5A-7A and the tip fitting is the correct one. We have occassionally had customers who have used or purchased wrong chargers when they have purchased machines from us and thinking the toughbooks are faulty only to realise the chargers are the wrong ones or not fitting.
