Every item has been carefully graded for its cosmetic condition. Our grading descriptions are as follows:

Grade A: Excellent 

• Screen is in as new condition with no marks or scratches
• The housing is in excellent condition with no scratches or marks
• The device has been multi-point tested and data wiped and is sold with no functional faults or damage
  Device will have a battery of 85% or above

Grade B: Very Good

• The screen is in excellent condition but may have 1 or 2 faint marks that cant be seen from arms length
• The housing is in very good condition but may have a few light scratches that cannot be seen from arms length
• The device has been multi-point tested and data wiped and is sold with no functional faults or damage
• Device will have a battery of 83% or above

Grade C: Good

• The screen is in good condition but may have a few light scratches that are slightly visible when the screen is on
• The housing is in good condition but has plainly visible light scratches or marks
• The device has been multi-point tested and data wiped and is sold with no functional faults or damage
• Device will have a battery of 80% or above

Grade CM: Fair

• The screen is in fair condition with multiple light, or several heavy, scratches that can be seen 
• The housing has moderate to heavy wear including chips, dinks, case wear that are obvious
• The device may have a few dents that can be felt
• The device has been multi-point tested and data wiped and is sold with no functional faults or damage
• Device will have a battery of 80% or above

Grade D: Damaged

• The screen is in working condition but may have heavy wear such as multiple deep scratches, or is cracked
• The housing may have damage such as a crack to the plastic, smashed glass covers or is missing parts
• Device will have a battery of 80% or above

Grade F: Faulty

• The screen is working but have have a fault such as touch issue, bright/dead pixels or screen burn
• The housing may have wear matching grades A to CM
• The device will have a functional fault such as faulty camera, sensor, speaker etc. Please ensure you read the full item description before buying
• Device may have poor battery capacity below 80%, iPhones may be in service mode

Item are shipped next working day, Monday to Friday, using either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcel Force. Tracking will be provided and can be seen in your eBay purchase. 

Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday. We do not ship on Bank Holidays, instead items will ship on the next working day.

We offer a priority shipping service at an additional cost for items required urgently. Priority orders will require a signature.

Buyers outside of the UK will be able to purchase from our store. All non-UK purchases will ship through eBays Global Shipping Program only. We do not ship directly to anyone outside of the UK.

We offer free 30 day returns on used items and 60 day returns on refurbished products. If you would like to return an item please send us a message via eBay and we can advise you how to access our returns policy.

If you are returning an item please ensure you have logged out and removed your accounts, passwords and personal data as no data will be retrievable once we receive the item back. Failure to remove security locks will only delay any refund due and also may stop a refund from being processed.

All items are covered by warranty for total peace of mind.

Refurbished items - All refurbished items come with 12 months warranty and 60-day returns for total peace of mind.

Used items - Used items come with a minimum of 30-day warranty and a maximum of 90-day warranty. please check the listing to see what warranty cover the item you wish to buy comes with.

You will need to visit our website after purchase to register your warranty within 28 days of purchase.
