We aim to ship either on the day or purchase or the very next working day (depending on time of purchase). There are normally several options for shipping / postage - please choose the one that suits you best. Not all services may be tracked (this will be indicated), so if a non-tracked method is chosen - please do not ask for a tracking number after.  

For domestic postage - The next day delivery option for items over 2kg may not be available for The Scottish Highlands / Northern Ireland and UK Islands - If you need this option and you are in one of these locations - please check with us prior to ordering

If you have chosen 1st Class Signed For option - We may send it Tracked 24 instead (This is a better service)

All items carry a minimum 30 days guarantee (unless stated otherwise in the advert ie spares or repairs items)

We accept returns (unless stated otherwise in the advert). Please can you return in the original packaging and by the same method of dispatch
