All our parts and accessories are original Nissan, genuine OEM, brand new from the manufacturer. We're always happy to check year/make/model fit with a vehicle VIN# to insure fitment and compatibility.

• All orders are subject to a one business day in processing time.  In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
• Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
• Standard ground shipping takes one to five business days to arrive.
• Forms of expedited shipping are available at checkout.  Please note that this is after any necessary processing time.
• Oversized shipments will incur additional fees.  Please review your shipping charges at checkout prior to processing payment.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for standard ground shipping and oversized orders.
• Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
• We do not ship internationally.
• In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will contact you immediately with an updated timeline or suggested replacement parts.
• We do not ship COD orders.

• Please initiate your return through the EBAY order history on your customer page.
• We are happy to offer 30Day Free Returns to our EBAY customers!
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee or deduction of full value reimbursement if item is not returned in new condition or missing original manufacturer labeling and packaging.
• Parts must be unused, untested, and uninstalled; re-saleable in like new condition, and in the original manufacturer packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• All electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse a return on any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests need to be made within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of may apply.
