Handmade stoneware plate with hole. 

We repaired it in modernized traditional Japanese Kintsugi technique. Cracks were filled with resin, powdered with gold powder and varnished.

For our craft we choose genuine vintage items that have lost their pair or set during their previous life or have been already slightly damaged. Kintsukuroj can give them a whole new life in a loving home.

We use food grade edible gold powder (E175), so this item should be generally safe for dry food. 

However, hot liquids, strong alcohol, acetone, dishwasher and microwave can damage the plate. It can be gently washed in cold water with soft cloth.
