The Western Enterprises REB Series Flow Gauge Regulator (REB-3-FG) is designed for use with Argon and Carbon Dioxide gas. It is a welding flow meter regulator manufactured in Westlake, Ohio USA United States.

This regulator was excess, bought with a welding unit.  I've never used it but I DON"T want to claim it has never been used.
