This card was freshly UNDERgraded in June 2024

Unlike nearly any example of this card in ANY grade, this is a very well centered card.

The corners are extremely sharp grading a solid Near Mint.

No creases

No wrinkles

The only real "flaw" is the original factory print in the upper right area.

But these print dots seem relatively innocuous and certainly not deserving of this Nm looking card to receive such a harsh grade.

Buy the CARD, and not just the label/holder.
