for sale is this charming Royal Doulton Prototype figure called “Louise”, from
the Kate Greenaway series designed by M. Davies.
It is a prototype painted
in a deep red dress, whereas the version which was issued has a pale brown
dress.
The
figure is approx. 6 inches tall and is offered for sale in very good condition
with no chips or cracks.
It is
fully marked on the base with the Royal Doulton stamp and the words “The
property of Royal Doulton Tableware Ltd, Not Produced for
