OFFERED ... an antique Chinese red, gilded, and lacquered intricate wood-carved panel (wood relief) that features figurals of Lu & child, and Shou, in the theme of Fu Lu Shou, representing Chinese Star Gods and Prosperity.  In doing some research, I believe this was originally a panel from a Chinese wedding/marriage bed.  A previous owner used it as wall decor; hardware is attached to the back, as well as felt pads to protect wall surface.  The panel measures 15" in width; 10" in height; 1 1/8" in thickness (two sides); 3/4" in thickness (panel).  This piece originates from China and showcases traditional craftsmanship. The red and gold color palette adds a luxurious touch to this antique original, making it a unique and meaningful addition to any collection of Asian antiques.
