Hafner (July 27, 1944 - September 28, 2017).  Philip was born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised in Pocatello, Idaho, where he graduated from Pocatello High School in 1962 and attended Idaho State University.

Career: He worked as a signalman for the Union Pacific Railroad and also partnered with his wife, Kay, to run their business, Haf and Haf Collectibles.

The Ruger Collectors' Association (RCA) is an independent organization, not affiliated with Sturm, Ruger & Co., that was co-founded in 1975 by Stephen K. Vogel and John R. Hansen, Jr.. Its members are dedicated to the study, preservation, and exchange of information regarding Ruger firearms and related memorabilia.
