Leather as in very good condition. The zippers and buckles work as appropriate. One of the heels has a sticker residue and does show some Wear.

This boot is designed for a narrow foot. My Wife takes a 6.5 and does not feel it is comfortable. She reported due to height of heel her foot feels tight. She typically does not wear high heeled shoes.
