Condition Grade Guide (A+ / A / B / C / D)

Grade A+ (Like New):
Near-new appearance with little to no visible wear. Screen and body are very clean. Fully functional.

Grade A (Excellent):
Light signs of normal use. May have minor hairline marks. No cracks. Fully functional.

Grade B (Good):
Noticeable cosmetic wear and/or visible scratches. No cracks. Fully functional.

Grade C (Fair):
Heavy cosmetic wear and/or heavy scratches. No cracks. Fully functional (any minor issue will be clearly described).

Grade D (For Parts / Not Fully Functional):
Not fully functional and/or cracked screen. Sold as-is for parts or repair.

Our Promise

All of our items are inspected before listing. This way we can ensure there are no major defects that would prevent your enjoyment or use of our items.

We personally take hi-resolution pictures of all items in order to ensure that unlike other, larger vendors, you have more than a stock photo to know what you're buying.

Special defects, features, or other attributes will be noted in the description or specifically photographed for you to see.

Items that are returned to us altered, missing pieces, or broken will be subject to a partial refund. If your item was damaged during shipmentplease contact us before opening a return request. Please include any pictures of the damage to the packaging the item was shipped in, and pictures of the damage to the item itself.
