800 Silver vintage round labradorite bezel set gemstone ring. Filigree scroll like cutouts are along the center stone, bypass shank. Lovely piece. Unmarked for tested positive for 800 silver.

Once an item has been dropped at USPS, shipping and delivery times are OUT OF MY CONTROL. Please do not message me requesting a refund for an item that is delayed or shipping slower than expected, this will be denied as it is, once again, OUT OF MY CONTROL. Any delays are of NO fault of my own as I always ship within my handling period. Please use the tracking to track your item(s), you may reach out to USPS to file an investigation if a package is delayed. 

Jewelry is shipped via USPS ground advantage / first class which is the lowest cost, albeit, slowest method of shipping. If you need a quicker delivery, message me and I will change the shipping method to either priority mail or express priority; whichever you prefer. I cannot guarantee an item will arrive precisely on the way you are requesting, this is out of my control.

All other items are shipped via ground advantage or priority mail. 

If a delicate item arrives broken, please message me first so I could file a claim with USPS. This is an extremely rare occurrence and always the result of mishandling in the shipping and delivery process. Please send at least 8 photos of the broken item(s) and the wrapping/box. DO NOT DISCARD THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX OR THE ITEM ITSELF.

You will have to go to your local post office with the box, wrapping materials and the item. Messaging me demanding a refund right off the bat is unkind and forces me to lose both the sale and the item, rendering the ability to file a USPS case impossible. Please have compassion and understand a lot can happen between my home and your home. Rest assured that once we have filed a case with USPS and you have gone to your local post office with the item and wrapping materials / box, you will receive a FULL refund. I am not in the business of holding your money hostage. I would not write and request this if this weren't something I am very serious about.
