These Diodes come in lots of 50 pieces, and are marked

Which decoded means they are mil spec JANTX 1N4148-1 diodes.
I presume the DAS is or was a manufacturer, these are from the 1980s.

It's up to you to look up the exact specs if they're critical for you. They'll work pretty much like any 4148 I would think.
They're MIL-SPEC. Bought at Motorola GEG auction back when.
The JANTX means they were individually tested when they were made, among other things, I gather. 
I don't want to just regurgitate the specs from the ad I pressed "Sell Similar" on, not everyone is meticulous. I have no way of knowing if they were accurate. Let the part's markings do the talking!
