This utility truck was owned and maintained by city of Phoenix. 
Few dings and scratches here and there but no major damage and no accidents.
Every service record in hand.

There is a rip in the drivers seat shown in photos but atm doesn't interfere with comfortable driving. 
Also driver side missing visor.
