Limited Edition #301/500 and he has his paper COA Certificate of Authenticity and has his cloth artist tag.  This is a large 24 inch Martha Mueller Growler Teddy bear, made in Germany by Johanna Haida in 1995. His mohair is gold, he has black glass eyes and a hand stitched nose, paw pads are wool felt, He is stuffed with wood wool and made in the traditional way. Fully jointed. Good, clean bear.  He looks like an quintessential big teddy bear from long ago.

Condition:  I take many, many photos to aid the buyer in fully seeing the item.  I want you to see all sides!  Please use the photos as part of the description of the item.  I try my best to describe items.  Please note that many of my items are vintage and a buyer should expect vintage items to show some age and/or wear and will not be described as "new".

Provenance: 

Bears came from a local Washington DC estate of an avid artist bear collector.  She obtained her bears by attending the artist teddy bear shows and fairs that were once common during the 1980's and 1990's.  She purchased most directly from the artists. She displayed her bears so some dust may be present.  There were no signs of the owner being a smoker or animals in the house.  

Shipping:  I take extra care in packaging my items.  Please check my feedback for customer packing satisfaction.  I usually ship USPS Ground Advantage Mail.  For some oversized items, they will ship via UPS or FedEX Ground.

USPS sometimes takes a while and has been having shipping delays, so please be patient if your item gets hung up in one of their distribution centers for a while. If you need it fast, please let me know so we can adjust any shipping charges to reflect a Priority Mail situation.

International:  I participate in eBay's Global Shipping Program for International buyers - eBay sets the shipping costs for these shipments and I have no control over what they charge.
